What we do

Mbote Djambo LLC buys general merchandise in quantity and sells it two ways. We distribute to verified trade buyers on wholesale accounts, and we sell at retail under our own listings on online marketplaces.

Both sides run out of the same Florida operation and the same purchasing. Buyers ask about this, so we say it up front: we are a distributor that also retails. It is a common structure in general merchandise, and it keeps our buying anchored to real retail demand.

How we buy

We hold accounts with suppliers and distributors in the categories we carry, and we buy depth on a short list of items we can move.

We do not list a brand as carried unless we hold a live purchasing relationship for it. Ask us for something we do not stock and we will tell you no.

How we sell

We verify wholesale buyers before we release pricing. We check the registered entity, the federal EIN and a current resale certificate for the buyer's state. Once your account is open we issue a price sheet with per item minimums and case pack detail.

You place orders against a purchase order and we ship on a sequentially numbered invoice. Every shipment carries tracking or a bill of lading. We keep the purchase order, invoice, payment record and shipping document together for each order, and we can produce that file on request.

What we do not do

• We do not sell to consumers or ship single units on this channel.
• We do not sell documentation, paperwork or invoices separately from goods.
• We do not claim brand authorization we do not hold, and we do not use supplier logos or marks on this site.
• We do not offer net terms on new accounts.

Legal

Mbote Djambo LLC is registered in the State of Florida. We provide our federal EIN, state registration detail and a certificate of insurance to trade buyers during account setup, and to suppliers on request.
